8 - Fruit has been shown to lessen the effect
of hangovers so considering having some fruit
or fruit juice before bed.
9- Make sure you have an ice pack in the
freezer for any New Years day headaches.
10- Get lot's of sleep once you do finally hit
the sack after the New Years Eve Party.
