Appetizers:

Farfale Pasta Salad. Bowtie Pasta, Fresh Julienne of Vegetables. Bocconcini Cheese, Basil Roasted Garlic Pesto

Baby Red Potato Salad. Red Jacket Potatoes, Vadillia Onions, Sweet Pickle Double Smoked Bacon, Dijon Chive Mayonnaise.

From the Grill:

St Louis Style Pork Side Ribs. Tender fall of the bone glazed and finished with Honey, Jack Daniels and BBQ Sauce.

Chicken Brochettes. Kebobs tender chicken skewered, grilled and mopped with Maple Chipotle Pepper Glaze.

Side:

Grilled Assorted Fall Vegetables in Chive Ale Honey Butter.

Russet Baked Potato's with Sour Cream, Scallions and Smoked Bacon.

Dessert:

Chefs Sweet Table. An assortment of chefs desserts.

Beverage:

Freshly Brewed Coffee and a selection of teas.
